Replacements typically take seven business days to arrive once with claim has been submitted.

    Don’t want a replacement gift? We will be happy to refund your purchase. Please call a customer service representative at 1-844-8-BAKERY to begin the refund process. Please have your order number ready. Refunds will take 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.


    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not handle returns. Our replacement and refund policies cover our satisfaction guarantee and will reimburse you for any dissatisfaction.
